Robyn Rihanna Fenty popularly known as Rihanna is an Barbadian musician and singer who has given us hit songs such as Pon de Replay SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. Rihanna is one of the most successful artists ever. Her professional career has seen great achievement, yet she's very young. Barbados-born, she learned the joy of reggae, and even began singing as a child. Unhappy with her chaotic family life and conflicting with her parents, she absorbed her self in music. She eventually realized that she wanted to be an accomplished singer. She formed a musical group as a teenager and was able to have perform with producer Evan Rodgers who was highly impressed with the talent of the young girl. He requested that she be relocated in New York and pursue a performing career that was full-time. Rihanna was thrilled to accept. Her debut album was soon out and Rihanna became a musical sensation in no time. The young crowd was captivated by her enthralling songs that had them tapping their feet, and this brought her into the movie industry. She's a young, skilled woman that has grown into her own style icon as well as a teen icon. Rihanna also puts her fame to good use, and has been active in many charitable causes
